About the Journal
Journal of Nusantara Economy is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes high-quality scholarly research on contemporary economic transformation, business innovation, economic governance, Islamic economics, finance, and sustainable development. The journal adopts an interdisciplinary perspective by examining the relationships among economic systems, business practices, technological innovation, legal and regulatory frameworks, and public policies in addressing emerging economic and societal challenges. With a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific and European regions, the journal welcomes empirical, comparative, theoretical, and policy-oriented studies that contribute to both academic discourse and practical economic development. The journal is published twice a year, covering the January–June and July–December periods, and is committed to promoting rigorous and relevant research that supports inclusive, sustainable, innovative, and globally connected economic development.
Current Issue
Journal Of Nusantara Economy publishes scholarly articles on economic transformation, business innovation, economic governance, and Islamic economic. This issue has been available online since June 05th, 2026. All articles in this issue were written or co-written by 16 authors from four continents (Asia, Africa, Europe, and Oceania), representing 9 affiliations and 6 countries: (Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Australia).
