Nusantara: Journal of Law Studies is a double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Islamic Research Publisher, Indonesia, in collaboration with Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Probolinggo. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing scholarly discourse and promoting high-quality research in the field of Law Studies. The journal serves as an open academic platform for the dissemination of original research articles, conceptual papers, and book reviews that contribute to the understanding and development of legal scholarship from both theoretical and practical perspectives. It welcomes interdisciplinary discussions that encompass various branches of law, including constitutional law, Islamic law, human rights, comparative law, and socio-legal studies.

With a strong emphasis on academic excellence, Nusantara: Journal of Law Studies implements a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the integrity, relevance, and scientific contribution of each submission. The journal aims to connect legal scholars, practitioners, and policymakers in exploring contemporary legal issues and innovative approaches to justice and governance. Published biannually, in January–July and August–December, the journal upholds open access principles to facilitate broad dissemination of legal knowledge and foster intellectual collaboration across national and international academic communities.
