Nusantara: Journal of Law Studies publishes high-quality research and conceptual papers in law, with a focus on contemporary issues in the Asia-Pacific region. This issue has been available online since October 10, 2025. All articles in this issue (6 original research articles) were authored/co-authored by 13 authors from three continents (Asia, Africa, and Europe), representing 10 affiliations across 6 countries: Indonesia, Thailand, Nigeria, Turkey, Jordan and Malaysia.
