Nusantara: Journal of Law Studies publishes high-quality research and conceptual papers in law, with a focus on contemporary issues in the Asia-Pacific region. This issue has been available online since January 24, 2026. All articles in this issue (6 original research articles) were authored/co-authored by 26 authors from Three continents (Asia, Europe, and Australia), representing 15 affiliations across 6 countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, Iraq, Ukraine and New Zealand.
