Nusantara Education is committed to promoting transparency, openness, and scientific rigor in scholarly research. This policy outlines the journal’s approach to data availability, reporting standards, and reproducibility to ensure the credibility and reliability of published research.
The journal encourages adherence to internationally recognized standards, particularly the COPE Core Practices , and supports the responsible sharing of research data in accordance with disciplinary norms.
Research data should be accessible, transparent, and reproducible, enabling verification, validation, and further scholarly advancement while respecting ethical and legal constraints.
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to make all data underlying their research findings fully available. Detailed descriptions of data collection, methodology, and analysis should be provided to ensure reproducibility. In certain cases, the journal may request access to raw data for verification.
For Quantitative Research:
Datasets should be deposited in reputable repositories or linked within the article. If data cannot be shared due to ethical or legal restrictions, authors must clearly justify the limitations and provide a mechanism for access requests.
For Qualitative Research:
Authors should provide comprehensive descriptions of data sources and methods, along with representative excerpts where appropriate to support findings.
Reporting Guidelines
Authors are encouraged to follow discipline-specific reporting guidelines to ensure clarity, completeness, and transparency. Adherence to such standards facilitates evaluation by reviewers and enhances the reproducibility of research findings.
Clinical Trial Registration
For studies involving human participants, authors should register their research in appropriate registries prior to participant enrollment. The journal supports international standards such as the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (ICTRP) .
Reproducibility & Verification
Authors must provide sufficient methodological detail, including protocols and analytical approaches, to enable other researchers to replicate and verify the study results.
Data Citation
All datasets and sources used in the research must be properly cited within the reference list, following standard citation practices to ensure appropriate attribution and traceability.
Compliance and Review
The editorial board and peer reviewers will assess compliance with this policy during manuscript evaluation. Authors may be requested to provide additional data, clarifications, or supporting documentation when necessary.
