Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts except under compelling and justified circumstances. Withdrawal requests are discouraged as they may result in the waste of valuable editorial and reviewer resources, including time, effort, and publication processes already invested.

If authors wish to request withdrawal, they must formally submit an “Article Withdrawal Form” signed by all authors (or the corresponding author), clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal.

Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn until they receive official confirmation from the editorial office.
