Peer Review & Evaluation Guidelines

Ensuring Quality, Integrity, and Academic Excellence

Manuscripts submitted to Nusantara Education are initially assessed by the Editorial Team based on scope, formatting, and writing standards. Eligible manuscripts will be returned to authors for revision before being forwarded to peer reviewers.

Review Criteria

  • Presentation: Logical structure, coherence, and clarity of arguments.
  • Writing Quality: Clear, concise, and academically appropriate language.
  • Length & Structure: Balanced, relevant, and well-organized content.
  • Title: Concise, informative, reflects main findings (no abbreviations).
  • Abstract: Includes aim, method, results, and conclusion.

Introduction:

  • Clear background and research context
  • Relevant literature review (state of the art)
  • Gap analysis and novelty statement
  • Research objectives and approach
  • Clear and replicable methodology description

Results & Discussion:

  • Processed data presented in tables/figures (not raw data)
  • Alignment with research objectives
  • Scientific interpretation of findings
  • Comparison with previous studies
  • Research implications and limitations
  • Future research directions

Conclusion:

  • Answers research objectives clearly
  • Includes implications or recommendations (optional)
  • Written in paragraph form (not bullet points)
